Rye River Brewery, Dublin Road

Rye River Brewery is an industrial property with ancillary office accommodation leased to Rye River Brewery and Veolia Water Technologies. Cavenia recently completed construction on an adjoining 20,000 square foot warehouse to provide expansion space to the existing tenants. The two buildings are located on a c.5 acre site with attractive road frontage. The property was acquired in 2020 by way of a sale and leaseback from the Rye River Brewery at a discount to replacement cost.
