Sites from 1 acre to 5 acres preferred on a freehold basis (flexible on tenure for the right site) with commercial zoning in place
Prominently positioned on a busy local road in towns or cities with a minimum population of 40,000 people
Re-use of brownfield sites including car parks, petrol stations, trade counters, etc.
Existing Premises: Buildings between 10,000 and 40,000 sq ft G.I.A. Minimum eaves height of 5m, with high bay preferred.
